# Ayrshare

Ayrshare connects your social networks through one account. Once you connect it, Marketing can read what you posted, how each post did, and what people said in comments and messages, and check a draft against each network's rules before you post it.

## What assistants can do

Ayrshare connects through the tool's own hosted connector.

Publishing and scheduling are offered to Marketing when it works on a task you gave it on stellarfirm.ai. The Approve shows everything the post sends: the networks, when it goes out, every photo or video address, and the whole text. You give the final go.

## Setup (when it opens)

1. In the Ayrshare dashboard, switch to your primary profile, open the page for your key in the left menu, and copy the key. It needs a paid Ayrshare plan (Premium, Launch, Business, or Enterprise).
2. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) in StellarFirm and pick Ayrshare.
3. Paste the key, switch on the live option, and press Connect.

## Permissions

- Every post waits for your Approve. There is no setting that skips it. Nothing is sent as a reply or a message from chat.
- Posting on social media starts switched off for every company. Change that rule in Settings so each post asks for your Approve instead.
- The assistants read the comments and messages your connected networks hold, so connect the profile you use for the company.
- Revoke the key in Ayrshare whenever you want to cut access.
