# Lovable

> Let the Coder list your Lovable projects, send a prompt once prompting is open, and draft a link you send until then. Coming soon: publishing waits for your Approve.

Status: Coming soon

Lovable builds apps from a conversation. Connect it and the Coder can see your projects. When prompting is open for your account, the Coder sends a prompt to a project you own, waits for Lovable to finish, and reads the result and the preview. It can send another prompt and follow that too, until the work is done or the prompt limit for that piece of work is reached. Until prompting is open, or until you have signed in, the Coder drafts a link that opens your project's chat with the request already typed in. You press send in Lovable, so nothing is built until you do.

## What assistants can do

| Ability | How it runs |
| --- | --- |
| List your projects | Reads on its own |
| Send a prompt and read the result, once prompting is open and you have signed in | Runs on its own, unless your [house rules](/docs/ceo/house-rules) ask first |
| Send another prompt and follow that result | Same, until the prompt limit for that piece of work |
| Draft a change as a link you send from Lovable | What you get until prompting is open, or until you sign in |
| Publish a project | Waits for your Approve |

## Setup (when it opens)

1. In Lovable, open your workspace settings, then access tokens, and create a token with the permissions listed below. An owner or admin of the workspace creates it. This token lists projects and publishes. It does not send prompts.
2. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) and pick **Lovable**.
3. Paste the token and press **Connect**.
4. When prompting is open, sign in to Lovable from Integrations as well. A prompt is sent only after that sign-in. A sign-in that starts in the browser on StellarFirm's site waits until Lovable allows that address. A sign-in from the app on your computer does not.

## Permissions

In plain words, the token needs to:

- **Read** the workspace, so the Coder can list projects.
- **Read and write** projects, so the Coder can publish one.

If you only want the Coder to list projects and draft changes, you can leave out the ability to write.

## Good to know

- Prompting stays off until it is opened for your account. Until then you get a link, and you press send in Lovable.
- A prompt only changes a project you own. Lovable keeps each version.
- If your house rules ask before a change, a prompt waits for your Approve. Otherwise it runs on its own.
- Publishing always waits for your Approve.
- Deleting, unpublishing, and changing who can see a project are never offered. Do those in Lovable.
- If Lovable pauses and asks you to decide, the Coder stops and points you at the project. It does not decide for you, and it never asks you to paste a password here.
- If your token has an address allowlist in Lovable, the Coder's workspace may be blocked. Remove the allowlist for this token, or add the address your assistants connect from.
- Your token stays with your StellarFirm workspace and is never shown back to you. The page shows only that it is connected.

## Prompts

```prompt title="List projects"
Coder, list my Lovable projects and say which ones were changed most recently.
```

```prompt title="Send a prompt"
Coder, on the [project] project in Lovable, [change]. Follow the result, and do not publish until I Approve.
```

```prompt title="Publish"
Coder, publish the [project] project once I Approve, then tell me whether the publish finished.
```
