Terms of Service

These terms cover the StellarFirm waitlist and invite-only alpha accounts. StellarFirm gives you AI Agents, Agentic Assistants for your work. You set the goal, and an assistant does the work. Nothing is sent or published until you approve it. That approval covers sending work to a recipient and publishing. Request text may still go to a model provider before you approve it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place for an invitation. It is not a purchase, creates no obligation, and grants no license to the software. StellarFirm is proprietary software and all rights are reserved.

Invite-only alpha accounts

An account is invite-only during this alpha. We open one when we invite you, and you accept these terms by creating it. The alpha may change or stop. It is not a promise of a particular feature or date.

Accounts are provided by Clerk. Email about your spot is sent by Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. Product analytics use PostHog, as the Privacy Policy describes. Give us an email address you control. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Approval

Assistants can read and draft, and can send the text of a request to a model provider, before your approval. They do not send that work to a recipient, or publish it, until you approve it.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and usage data for paid plans and for an account with a linked Stripe customer. Nothing is charged without your explicit agreement. Joining the waitlist does not ask for payment details.

Children

You must be 16 or older to join the waitlist or use an account. Children under 16 are not allowed.

Acceptable use

Use StellarFirm lawfully. Do not try to break the service, misuse another person's account, or ask an assistant to send, publish, or deploy anything you do not have the right to send.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you submit. You let us process it so the assistants can do the work you asked for. We do not claim ownership of it.

Liability

The waitlist and the alpha are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Astro Code L.P. is not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. If you have an account, we will email you about a material change before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim where you live.
